Flowtapes may place and access certain Cookies on your device. Flowtapes uses Cookies necessary to enable the use of the Service but also to improve your experience of using the Service.

Payment data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number,

The purpose of data collection within Flowtapes is to allow its operation and to provide a positive user experience. We will retain any Data you submit for as long as Flowtapes deems it necessary to provide adequate service to you, unless explicitly asked by you for your Data to be deleted. You have a permanent right to access, amend or delete any information related to you by sending an email to info@flowtapes.com.

All Data provided by you is stored securely in a database for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not share your Data with third parties for them to market or advertise their products to you. We do not, under any circumstances, sell your Data.

Your data belongs to you and not to us. Keeping your data safe is our highest priority and you always keep control over what happens to that data. You always have the right to

  • for your Data to be deleted from the servers and databases of Flowtapes.

7 Security

We take data security very seriously and our system is compliant with the latest web security standards. The access to Flowtapes is based on using Google as the sign-in provider hence we do not store any passwords in our databases. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.

Flowtapes is running on Google Cloud Platform with data centers in all continents. As a EU citizen, your Data may be stored outside of the EU. All servers are always up to date with the latest security releases. A full backup is made on a daily basis and all data is constantly stored on different harddrives to prevent data loss in case of a hardware failure. Personal data pertaining to you will be deleted at the latest two (2) months after the closing or deletion of the your Account.

Only authorized employees have access to view Personal Data or Processed Data. We endeavour to do our best to protect your Personal Data. However, transmission of information over the internet is not always perfectly secure and is done at your own risk. We cannot ensure the security of your Data transmitted to Flowtapes.
